League fees go up to $56.25 to pay the Commish $100; teams will be allowed 35 transactions (claims, drops, trades). Transaction tax will not include off-season drops and adds. Teams will pay $1 per transactions in excess of the allowance. Receipts from the transaction tax will go to the Commish at year end
