This is how the league will process trades:
1) The trade will be outstanding for 24 hours. During that time, the other 14 teams will be required to vote on it. If 10 or more teams vote to reject the trade, then the trade will go to a review process.
2) The review process will be that under the trade posted on proboards, each accepting team will state their reasons behind the trade. They will be required to post their reasons within 24 hours. After they post their reasons, members of the league will have 48 hours to post their reasons for why they believe the trade should be allowed or rejected. After those 72 hours is up, the trade will be put back up for vote.
3) After the trade is put back up for vote, the other 14 teams will have 24 hours to revote. If 10 teams still reject the trade, then the trade will be vetoed.
